Reservation

You can make a reservation request via 'availability and reservations', by telephone or by e-mail. If the accommodation is available for the desired period, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. As soon as we have received your deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive all information for a carefree stay by email.

Payment

To finalize the reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount and the deposit will be transferred

1 month before arrival. You will receive a reminder email of this.

Deposit

The deposit of €300 is paid together with the final payment, i.e. 1 month before arrival. If the accommodation is left damaged and/or missing inventory, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. If the costs are higher than the deposit, an additional invoice will be sent. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded a maximum of 8 days after departure.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations or changes up to 30 days before the arrival date due to force majeure, a fee will be charged.no fees charged. For cancellations or changes outside the 30-day period or if you do not show up, the full advance amount will be charged.

Electricity

The rental rates stated include energy costs, unless more than 10 kWh of electricity is consumed per day. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per kWh.

Arrival and departure

For the key, you are asked to contact the key manager by telephone or email 2 weeks before departure to arrange the transfer. They have been informed of your placed reservation.

Cleaning

The mandatory final cleaning fee is €150 (including check-in and check-out with a brief explanation and handover of the key) which must be paid together with the final invoice.
